How We Work

1. When you contact us we are going to send our sales rep to you to take measurements and discuss your needs.
   
   
2. Than usually within 48 hours we are going to get back to you with quotation.
   
   
3. After you decide to give it a go our fitters or sales rep will come and asses fitting and double check the dimensions.
   
   
4. Than we sign contract with 7 day cancellation clause and all dates of supply and fitting and amount of deposit and agreed price. We usually require 30% payment in advance and offer 5 weeks supply and fitting time but every contract is approached individually.
   
   
   
5. On the day mentioned in contract our fitting team will install your windows and then you pay rest of the agreed price.
